Advisory and done-for-you consulting to help independent practices increase revenue, reduce administrative friction, and build sustainable operational systems. Delivered by a physician-founded, physician-led MSO that operates its own multi-state clinical network.

What practice consulting actually addresses

Most independent practices are leaving revenue on the table — not because of low patient volume or poor clinical care, but because of correctable operational problems. Undercoded visits. Preventable denials that are never appealed. Credentialing gaps that exclude high-value payers. Scheduling inefficiencies that reduce patient throughput. Administrative workflows that consume physician time that should be generating revenue.

Practice consulting is the process of identifying these problems, quantifying their cost, and fixing them — systematically.

Rezolv Health MSO operates a multi-state clinical network and manages the operational infrastructure that supports it. When we consult on practice operations, we are drawing on direct experience with the same problems your practice faces.

Areas we address

Revenue cycle assessment A full audit of your billing and collections — clean claim rates, denial patterns, AR aging, coding accuracy, and payer contract terms. Most practices discover recoverable revenue in the first audit.

Payer contract review and negotiation Review of your existing payer contracts against benchmark rates for your specialty and geography. Identification of renegotiation opportunities and support through the negotiation process.

Coding and documentation review Assessment of your current coding patterns against clinical documentation — identifying undercoding, overcoding risk, and documentation gaps that create compliance exposure.

Scheduling and capacity optimization Analysis of your scheduling template, patient throughput, no-show rates, and appointment mix to maximize billable visits per provider day.

Credentialing gap analysis Review of your current payer panel against your patient population and referral sources — identifying credentialing opportunities that could expand your revenue base.

Workflow and administrative efficiency Assessment of your administrative workflows — intake, prior authorization, referrals, prescription management — with specific recommendations for reducing time spent on non-clinical tasks.

Staffing and organizational structure Review of your current staffing model against industry benchmarks for your specialty and volume, with recommendations for optimization.

Engagement models

Advisory consulting: We assess, identify opportunities, and deliver recommendations. Your team implements.

Done-for-you consulting: We assess, identify opportunities, and implement on your behalf — through our MSO infrastructure.

Hybrid: Advisory on strategy, done-for-you on specific operational functions (billing, credentialing, marketing) where outsourcing makes more sense than internal implementation.

Frequently asked questions

How is your consulting different from a generic healthcare consultant? We operate our own practices. Every recommendation we make is one we have either tested ourselves or would implement ourselves. That is a different standard than a consulting firm that has never run a clinical operation.

What size practices do you work with? Solo practitioners through mid-sized group practices. We do not work with hospital systems or large health systems — our focus is independent practices.

Do you work with practices outside of behavioral health? Yes. While behavioral health and addiction medicine are areas of particular expertise, our operational consulting applies to independent practices across all specialties.

How do engagements typically start? With a discovery call and a baseline assessment of your current operations, revenue, and specific pain points. From there we scope the engagement based on what we find.

What does consulting cost? Advisory engagements are priced based on scope and duration. Done-for-you engagements for specific functions (billing, credentialing) are priced as described on those service pages. Contact us to discuss your situation and get a quote.
