Get StartedRezolv Health is a physician-led telehealth organization providing evidence-based treatment for substance use disorders and mental health conditions. We operate across California, Washington, Nevada, and New Mexico — serving patients by secure video visit, with in-person options available in University Place, Washington and Reno, Nevada.
What we do
We treat the conditions that are most in need of better access to care: opioid use disorder, alcohol use disorder, Kratom addiction, and mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and PTSD.
We treat them with medications that work — buprenorphine, naltrexone, and psychiatric medications — managed by licensed physicians via telehealth. No waiting rooms. No long waitlists. An appointment within days, not months.
How we are structured
Rezolv Health operates through a physician-led Management Services Organization (MSO) that supports clinical entities in each state we serve. Each clinical entity is owned and operated by licensed physicians who are responsible for the care delivered in their state.
This structure allows us to maintain consistent clinical standards, centralized operational infrastructure, and a unified patient experience across states — while keeping clinical decisions exactly where they belong: with the treating provider.
Our approach to care
We believe addiction and mental health conditions are medical conditions. They respond to evidence-based treatment. They are not character flaws, moral failures, or matters of insufficient willpower. Patients who come to Rezolv Health deserve the same standard of care they would receive for any other chronic medical condition — and that is what we provide.
We prescribe medications that have been proven to work. We manage them thoughtfully. We do not impose arbitrary treatment timelines. We do not discharge patients for relapse. We adjust the plan.
Privacy as a design principle
For a significant number of patients — particularly in California, where we operate as a private-pay practice — privacy is not a secondary concern. It is the reason they are able to seek treatment at all.
Professionals whose careers carry licensing requirements, security clearances, or public scrutiny face real consequences if addiction treatment records appear in the wrong places. Rezolv Health was built with this in mind. Our private-pay California practice files no insurance claims and generates no explanation of benefits. Our telehealth model means no waiting room and no visible clinic visit. For patients for whom discretion makes treatment possible, we take that seriously.
The MSO and provider services
Beyond direct patient care, Rezolv Health's MSO provides operational services to independent medical practices — credentialing, billing, practice startup consulting, marketing and website services, and more. Physicians who want to focus on patients rather than administration work with us to handle the operational infrastructure that makes a practice run.
